Are there more qualified applicants than there are available hands?
We handle the screening, interviewing and nomination of the top candidates in your existing field of candidates. In this way, you free up time to focus on your core business. But you also make sure, that you choose the right candidate, because you have been through the whole application field.
The process is typically that we familiarize ourselves thoroughly with the company and the culture as well as the team and the hiring manager. We then process, screen and select a gross field from among the total number of applicants. We then convene and hold conversations with the 6-7 sharpest profiles.
You are subsequently presented with 3-4 top candidates who are called to an interview with you. This saves you a lot of time and administration.
The process can be extended by agreement so we inform the candidates, who are not selected for the job
